First off, it is most obvious to the casual observer, that the angle formed with the longer ramp will be smaller.  (this eliminates two of the choices)
Step 1 with the 10 ft ramp and 30 degree angle calculate the height of the window.
Step 2, with the 15 ft ramp and the window height (found in step 1) calculate the angle formed.
