Will medal and fan if you could help!
Will medal and fan! If all counties in Florida had used the same procedure for recounting votes in the 2000 presidential election, then how might that have affected the outcome of Bush v. Gore? A: The ruling may have changed because the procedure that most of the countries used was unconstitutional B: The ruling may have changed because the different procedures for recounting votes between counties violated voters' constitutional rights C: The ruling probably would stay the same because the act of recounting was in and of itself unconstitutional D: The ruling probably would stay the same because using different procedures for recounting between counties was consistent with the Constitution. My guess is D.
@neonumbrella5115 @BigPoppa117 Mind helping me out?
My best guess would be A.
I would wait for a second opinion though.
I just looked it over, and my guess has changed to B.
@wwhitlock @jabez177 Mine helping me out? No one has really helped me figure this out..
I agree with you. D is the best answer
Is there a reason why?
I'm not an expect in this case, but this website may help. :) http://www.pbs.org/wnet/supremecourt/future/landmark_bush.html
I can't think right now but @wwhitlock is a history teacher so he/she knows his/her stuff very well. Go with Wwhitlock. :)
