@phi

OpenStudy (adi3):

@imqwerty

OpenStudy (priyar):

Do u know sine rule?

OpenStudy (adi3):

yes

OpenStudy (priyar):

thats what u have to use here..

imqwerty (imqwerty):

cosine rule would be better here =]

OpenStudy (adi3):

thats what i have to use, but i get 7 which is wrong

imqwerty (imqwerty):

|dw:1453302504266:dw| okay so you are getting 7 for the 1st one?

OpenStudy (priyar):

u can use both but @imqwerty is right cosine is better..

OpenStudy (adi3):

yup and yup

OpenStudy (priyar):

7 is correct i guess

OpenStudy (adi3):

nop

OpenStudy (priyar):

root 7

imqwerty (imqwerty):

cosine rule is this-> \(\large cosA=\Large\frac{b^2+c^2-a^2}{2bc}\) from here you will get the value of \(a^2\) which is 7 you have to take the square root to get \(a\)

OpenStudy (adi3):

aint we finding c

OpenStudy (adi3):

shouldnt it be cosC

imqwerty (imqwerty):

yea u can name it whatever u want ;P i just gave the general formula

OpenStudy (priyar):

all u did was correct @Adi3 except that u forgot to take sq. root..

OpenStudy (adi3):

alright

OpenStudy (adi3):

ohh yeah i forgot square root. sh*t

OpenStudy (adi3):

thnks everyone

imqwerty (imqwerty):

np (B

OpenStudy (adi3):

can i ask you more if i have doubt

imqwerty (imqwerty):

yea
