I'm completely lost and desperate please help!! i have no idea what i need to do here !!! will medal and fan!!!
let f(x) = 6 - x^2. for 0 < w < 6^(1/2) let A(w) be the area of the triangle formed by the coordinate axes and the line tangent to the graph of f at the point (w, 6 - w^2) (a) for what value of w is A(w) a minimum?

triangle formed by the x and y axis, and the hypotenuse that is tangent to the parabola, from 0 to root 6
do you see that is what you are looking for, that triangle with the minimum area
the tangent line at any point on the parabola has a slope from the derivative f ' (x) = -2x
alright i got that just not sure how to find A(w)
