The equation for VT should be Vi X (R2/(R1 + R2)) The voltage divider rule, not the parallel equivalent of R1 and R2.

RT/R1 = R2/(R1+R2) This easier to write, and allows for easier analysis.

So it is. I didn't check that out lol. Sorry to throw in the "voltage divider" equation.
