RESOURCE LINKS Sorry, don't know what to really post this as. I am posting links to documents that I have attached to various questions. Bit of background on these documents: During my graduate studies, I taught labs for Intro Bio 1 and 2, a non-major biodiversity class, a seminar on symbioses (this is a discussion type class), and Intro to Fungal Biology. This means that I cover topics that we hit in the lab and you may read things such as "for the quiz..." or other references to tests/quizzes.

FYI, the last page or two of the photosynthesis pdf covers some basics of cladistics/phylogenies.

If anyone is super interested I can put up my notes on fermentation and [an]aerobic respiration. FYI, fermentation is frequently and erroneously treated as a type of anaerobic respiration—it is not. Anaerobic respiration is identical to aerobic respiration until we get to the final electron acceptor. In aerobic respiration it is oxygen, but in aerobic respiration it is not (there are multiple types of anaerobic). I have some on mechanisms of evolution and others as well.
