Ok, I am going to answer these as I can - but not in order. #8: Slow or stop before entering the acceleration lane or expressway.

#10: You should not exceed the limit (in any situation)
#6: I think the answer to this is to tap your brake lights repeatedly - to tell them that you are either slowing down or are stopped,
#3: I would stretch and exercise as well as turn the radio up - whatever helps YOU stay awake.
