DNA bases have this set of complementary bases on mRNA
A = U
T = A
C = G
G = C

So do it accordingly.
If you are given ACCATCTGGTAC
for your ease, separate them into triplet codes, like this:
ACC ATC TGG TAC
So first latter/base is A so on mRNA it will be U
second is C and on mRNA it will be G
and going on it will be
UGG UAG ACC AUG
