The 24 oz. is the better deal. For the 24 oz, each ounce is worth $.08 compared to $.10 per ounce for the 32 ounce bottle.
32 ounces for 3.29 dollars, divide 3.29 by 32, you get 0.10. So the 32 ounce is 10 cents per ounce.
24 ounces for 1.97 dollars, divide 1.97 by 24, you get 0.08. So the 24 ounce is 8 cents per ounce. 
The 24 oz is a better deal
