2. Solve by simulating the problem. You have a 5-question multiple-choice test. Each question has four choices. You don’t know any of the answers. What is the experimental probability that you will guess exactly three out of five questions correctly? Type your answer below using complete sentences. Check answer: (0.25)^3(0.75)^3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

We cannot "check" the answer; this is a problem of experimental probability, which means results vary depending on person and that your answer is correct no matter what.

OpenStudy (i_kyky):

Well, is my process right at least? You get 3/5 correct with a 25% chance at correct answers and a 75% chance at incorrect. So 0.25^3 for the three correct and 0.75^2 for the two incorrect?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes, that is correct. however this problem asks for EXPERIMENTAL not THEORETICAL so you have to perform the experiment.

OpenStudy (nottim):

Wait, I don't understnad, @hodori0719

OpenStudy (i_kyky):

Okay, thank you.
