OOOH I'M LOST GUYS CAN somebody lead me thrue this steps !!! >.>

alones (alones):

-2x < 10 i need to see the stpes or something

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there is one step divide by \(-2\) and flip the inequality

OpenStudy (anonymous):

^

Nnesha (nnesha):

how would you cancel out `-2` from left side ? it's -2 times x (multiplication) what's opposite of multiplication ?

Nnesha (nnesha):

if you want to remove the coefficient of the variable you should divide -2 times x ) do opposite of multiplication if its division \[-\frac{x}{2}\] then you should multiply to solve for the variable.

OpenStudy (f_jayyy):

divide both sides by -2 lol

alones (alones):

umm so i canceled -2 from both sides like this so i wait here |dw:1453423328207:dw|

Nnesha (nnesha):

and when you multiply or divide by negative number just flip the inequality sign.

alones (alones):

okay so like this :/ x>−5not sure

Nnesha (nnesha):

yes.

alones (alones):

Thank you Nnesha <3

Nnesha (nnesha):
