Have an algebra question.. a^2-9ab+18b^2. for my final answer i got (a+3)(a-6b) although im not quite too sure

What does A= and B=?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What numbers do they represent?

OpenStudy (misty1212):

HI!!

OpenStudy (misty1212):

that can't be right since \(+3\times -6b=-18b\)

So did i miss a variable? I know to get -9, my factors with be a -6 and a positive 3. (a+ ) (a- ) is where i'm lost. I don't know what to do with ab and b^2.
