Seems as tho' you know your Riemann Sums well. Think: What is the area under the curve y=x between x=0 and x=1? Compare this with your Riemann Sum calculation.

it is .5 if we graph it we can use geometry to solve it..... ( I am ok with them phi was helping me before)

For the last part, divide the triangle into say 5 sections and draw in rectangles.
