Wait how do real numbers look :/

alones (alones):

ca -1 be one?? :/ like this |x| > -1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes -1 is a real number

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Unreal numbers are things like \[\sqrt{-1}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

They simply aren't possible

alones (alones):

O-O I SEE so ummm x is greater than -1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or like 5/0

alones (alones):

x| < -1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well x is always greater than -1 if it's in those absolute value bars

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But it can never be less than -1 in absolute value

alones (alones):

Oka i'll go with this one |x| > -1 :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yup :)

alones (alones):

Oke thank you guys!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Real numbers include whole numbers(Positive, negative and 0) Rational numbers( like 1/3 or 3/260) and Irrational numbers(like \[\sqrt{3}\]) But Imaginary numbers like \[\sqrt{-1}\] are not included
