can someone please help me answer this question? I will fan and give a medal!! Question~ write the following inequalities in y = mx + b form. x + y > -4 *note the > has a line under it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So you need to isolate the y just put the x on the other side

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How can you do that?

OpenStudy (abbycross167):

y+x>-4?

OpenStudy (abbycross167):

@Brill I'm not if that's what you meant to do

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah it is. You can graph inequalities with the inequality in y=mx+b

OpenStudy (abbycross167):

ok so what is the next step?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thats it, your y is by itself and if you did it right you should have y is greater than or equal to -4-x

OpenStudy (abbycross167):

@Brill I'm kind of confused... I don't have to put this on a graph I just have to write the inequalities in y = mx + b form and show all my work

OpenStudy (abbycross167):

I kinda thought there would be more steps...
