well, we know there are 16oz to 1lb so how many lbs in 60oz? \(\begin{array}{ccllll} lbs&oz \\\hline\\ 1&16\\ x&60 \end{array}\implies \cfrac{1}{x}=\cfrac{16}{60}\) solve for "x" :)
if there are 4.5 or more, then yes, there's enough rice for the recipe :)
