I have some questions. Can some one help me ? And yes I have some of the answers

1.) is th number written in scientific notation? If not, explain.
4.8 x 100^7
A.) no; it is not written as a number times a power of 10
B.) yes ; the number is written in scientific notation.
C.)no; the first factor is not a number between 1 and 10

For this one I'm not sure if it's a or b because it looks like it is written in scientific notation but at the same time the ^7 doesn't add up. Idk if that makes any sense
