@Tumblewolf I would use L'Hopital's Rule for the first one — you have a quotient of two terms which both equal 0 at the limit, so take the derivative of numerator and denominator and examine the behavior of that fraction with the same limit. As soon as you get something you can evaluate at the limit, you're set.
