The range is the set that contains every y-coordinate. The order does not matter, but use each value only once even if it appears in more than one point. For example, the function consisting of points (1, 5), (2, 3), (3, 1), (4, 5) has the set {5, 3, 1} as its range. You can also write it as {1, 3, 5}. Notice that the 5 appears as the y-coordinate of two points, but it only appears in the set of the range once.
