I am no teacher, but I think when it says f(4) it means plug in 4 as x in the equation, so I believe the answers should be integers not equations with x

OpenStudy (denonakavro):

So number 4 would be 4^2 - 5 = 11 3(-1) - 1 = -4 and multiply them -4 x 11 = -44

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so thats all i have to do?

OpenStudy (denonakavro):

yeah for number 5 the same process but longer because you need to add, subtract and then divide, but the logic is the same when it comes to f(5) , g(1) and ......

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok ty, if i need anymore help can i tag you?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A triangle can be formed with side lengths 4 in, 5 in, and 8 in. True False can you check mine I think it is false

@kittymeow101

OpenStudy (denonakavro):

sure any other question or anything related to math, social sciences, geography, history, literature.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok ty

OpenStudy (denonakavro):

btw damirax the answer will be true because 4 + 5 is greater than 8 4 + 8 is greater than 5 5 + 8 is greater than 4 so there can be a triangle like that

OpenStudy (denonakavro):

wow kitty you are fast at replying

OpenStudy (anonymous):
