Which of the following shows the levels of organization in a multicell organism from the smallest level to the largest? A) cell, tissue, organ, organ system, organism B) organism, organ system, organ, tissue, cell C) tissue, cell, organ, organ system, organism D) Organ system, cells, tissue, organism, organ

OpenStudy (lizardman449):

Ok. So first off, you should have posted this in the Biology section. But anyways what is the smallest of all of the options above? A CELL is the smallest part of life so we know that has to be first. We also know that the largest of all of the things above is going to be an ORGANISM. And there is only one option there that has those two boundaries! :D

OpenStudy (lizardman449):

AKA - Option A: Cell, Tissue, Organ, Organ System, Organism.

OpenStudy (lizardman449):

Does that make sense?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes @Lizardman449

Good. Glad I could help! :D
