It's been a while since I've done this, but I think im correct. It's asking you to find the correct 2 way conditional frequency table for gender. That means that you would get rid of the columns total part of the table.

That eliminates a b and c, and leaves you with d.

You're doing it by gender, so you wouldn't have columns total.

Basically, you are doign the 2 way frequency table by rows, not colums, so you would get rid of the columns total.
