MET, A Energy expenditure is the sum of the basal metabolic rate (the amount of energy expended while at complete rest); 1 MET is also defined as 58.2 W/m2 (18.4 Btu/h. ft2), which is equal to the rate of energy produced per unit surface area of an average person seated at rest. Not sure if I'm correct about these answers since I haven't learned about them yet, but there you go
