Hi there, this question is a little tricky because poner has an irregular yo form so you will conjugate poner like this Poner to put or to place the yo form will always be pongo and than its your regular conjugation tú pones el/ella Ud pone nosotros ponemos idk vosotros and ellos/ellas/Uds ponen so this answer would be the first one
