Does anyone have a free copy of R Shankar's Basic Training in Mathematics: A Fitness Program for Science Students or know where I can find one? I need it for the questions in chapter 5 for the Yale PHYS 200 - Fundamentals of Physics 1 course and the link to it no longer works. Thanks. @bak did you ever find a copy?
