ANIME!! How do i make tht on a computer like RWBY?

I'm not sure. I don't know the industry, but it's just a hunch that learning regular anime might serve as a valuable prerequisite. Good luck researching, getting more answers, and achieving your goals.

What is "RWBY"?
I don't know about computer drawing, but I make digital anime art on my dsi :)
I've been drawing anime for about five years now, and "Flipnote Studio" on DSI has really helped me practice and improve. It's also helped with animating. I don't know if you have a dsi, but if you do I recommend using it to practice! You can also post your animations and/or drawings to "Flipnote Hatena." But since Hatena shut down in 2013 there's a new version of it restored called "Sudomemo."
The first picture is a drawing I made in February 2015, and the second one is February 2016 :)

RWDY is an anime that is on Netflix and Youtube,you can start by making AMV,animated music videos to help you get started in that area of making videos,then go on into using the Crayola,animated app with the figure,to show you how to use stand up figures to draw and animate,then maybe watch videos on Youtube on how,there is tons of apps you can get to pay for or just for free! Happy Animateing!
