I know the first arrow points to -5 and 13 so I know it's neither b or c
in fact I think the correct answer is c since the arrow is not pointing towards -13

The first number in ( x , y ) gives the location on the x-axis. The second number gives the location on the y-axis. Then see if that^ point is on the line.
