But on my quiz it show that it is going to be a fraction

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So would it be eight over one?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

All I saw that you drew earlier was seven

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think I can make out that it is a mixed number if you just type in mixed number I will simplify it into an improper fraction

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OK let me solve it real quick

OpenStudy (anonymous):

24 over three is that correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

As an improper fraction of seven and three over three?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

21 and then adding that +3 would be 24 and then you keep the denominator to three and then so the full answer would be 24 over three.am I correct?

OpenStudy (ryanchick):

i was thinking it would be 21 over 3 because 7 times three would be 21 so 21 over3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

According to my teacher the way to make a mixed number is to multiply the denominator into the whole number then you add the products of the denominator and then whole number into the numerator then you keep the denominator and according to this problem it would be 24 over three.
