Okay so first we will do $7*7$, which is $49$. Then, we will do $3*7$, which is $21$. However, we have to then divide $21$ by $2$ because a triangle is half of a square. So $21$ divided by 2, which is $10.5$. Now we have to do $10.5 + 49$, which is $59.5$.
