family always helps" an adverbial phrase exists if there are two or more words that act as an adverb in terms of clarification. "Family" and "always" clarifies "helps".
d
It cant be A because A is a prepositional phrase, it cant be C or D because those phrases include the word family and family is the noun of the sentence so I am guessing that it is B. :)
