OpenStudy (sloppycanada):

Check my work, Hero's Formula. Find the area of a triangle with side lengths of 16, 24 and 29 units. Round the answer to the nearest hundredth.

OpenStudy (sloppycanada):

\[\frac{ 16 + 24 + 29}{ 2 }\]

OpenStudy (sloppycanada):

That should be 34.5 From there I insert that into a sqrt thing.. like so...

OpenStudy (sloppycanada):

\[\sqrt{34.5(34.5-16)(34.5-24)(34.5-29)}\] This can be simplified to approx - 191.99 Am I right?

OpenStudy (sloppycanada):

@ganeshie8 If you a second, whenever you're done with whatever you're doing.
