"Why is there so much bulling going on here? Isn't it a study site?"

Just report them or you can tell them, "Let's all be nice! :D"
But reporting is good and the Moderators will get the Report and take care of it! :D

Ignoring might be hard to do but toughen up an do it and if the person bullying you continues to bully you then pm a mod. They will take care of whoever it is that is bullying you :-)
