Which points are "exterior" to the smaller circle? Which points are "exterior" to the larger one? Which points are "exterior" to both circles? I see just two in this category.

Points H, F, D, E, G and C are exterior to the smaller circle and points E and G are exterior to the larger circle, so E and G would be the answer?

E, G was correct.
