I NEED HELP!
3. Annie tells her siblings, “I’m not sure about the claims you all have made. However, I know for sure that a graph of any nonfunction could not represent the activities in a bank account.” (a) Annie shows her siblings an example by drawing a graph of a nonfunction. Draw a graph of what Annie may have drawn. (b) Explain how you know the graph you made is not a function. (c) Give two ordered pairs from the graph that will support the idea that the graph is not a function. Explain how your ordered pairs support Annie’s claim.
Recall that a graph is only a function if it passes the vertical line test https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xvD-n4FOJQ
for instance, this example graph I'm posting is NOT a function http://www.algebra-class.com/image-files/vertical-line-3.gif because there is a vertical line that passes through more than one point
Thank you
