If one starting point can lead to two conclusions, it's not a function.

It is hoped that Name ==> SSN is 1-to-1
SSN ==> Name is NOT 1-to-1, as SSNs are reused over the years.
Gas Cost ==> Gas Gallons - This is not clear as the price may change. Probably not a function.

Just talk your way through them.
