OpenStudy (welshfella):

adjacent angles add up to 180 degrees |dw:1454096720255:dw| X and Y are adjacent

OpenStudy (welshfella):

Check the adjacent angles to < O

OpenStudy (anonymous):

p?

OpenStudy (welshfella):

yes P is one but what is the other?

OpenStudy (welshfella):

we are not asked to find the measure of P but of M

563blackghost (563blackghost):

As @welshfella said adjacent add up to 180 degrees so we have O but the adjacent angle is M so in order to find M we would subtract 180 from O or 50...This is because O and M create a straight line which in math is 180 degrees... \[180 - 50 = M\]

oh i see now

OpenStudy (welshfella):

P and M are both adjacent to O.
