I know this isn't English, but I need help on a costume idea. I have to make a tumor costume out of recycled materials and I don't know what to do.

You can use cardboard and color it the color of a tumor. You need something circular to make it round, so get a use foam ball from Michel's and cover it with the cardboard

You can also paint the foam ball the color of a tumor as well if you want. It will not be a precise as using cardboard, but it will give your costume a cool realistic effect
