work in amounts of pure acid 20 L of 12% solution contains 200*0.12 pure acid let x be the volume of 36% solution we have 200*0.12 + 3.6x = 2(x + 20) solve for x
do you follow that? can you solve that equation?
do you understand why it is 200*0.12 liters of pure acid?
