Usually from what I see those issues are related to chat messages (which of course you forget about). Mods won't just give out suspensions if they don't deem actions as going against the CoC and TaC.

I assume the first time they use profanity they get warned and then if they continue i believe they get suspended for idk how long every mod is different.

The context of the usage of words are also taken into account during moderation. As Pooja pointed out, don't assume any moderator to be stupid. And those who feel like acting smart, well no comments. Mods are very mature adults. They know what is sexual and what isn't in this context. If you were suspended/warned, accept the reality and move on - A mod can NOT warn/suspend you without an appropriate reason so don't fight against their actions.

For the record: The OP has defended only the OP's WORDS as being non-sexual. The suspension clearly states the problem was a LINK, not specific WORDS. I suspect the OP posted a link to a favorite video of a current song. As this sort of video very often contains explicit sexual content, e voilà, objection answered and concerns explained to everyone's satisfaction. This is one important reason why external links are discouraged. It can be a little more confusing just exactly how that relates to the Code of Conduct.

And thus we see, yet another time, just LEARN from Warnings and Suspensions. There is very little need to discuss them endlessly.
