That's good, but I don't know if you should plan on an album with just lyrics. They're great and everything, but it's way more difficult to write the music. And how are you recording?

Trust me, there will be music. I'm still in the planning phase right now. It's not only gonna be lyrics, yo. I just didn't want to be like "hey lol im making an album" but not post any sort of content, ya feel? I just felt like it'd be better to build the tune around the song, and not build the song around the tune, because if I have the lyrics first, I can find a beat or something to write the music around.

@poopsiedoodle yeah, that makes sense. I wasn't implying that you couldn't or shouldn't make an album by the way. I was just defending my point because @Tegolbus freaked out at me.

That's cool though. It's a lot of work but definitely worth it. I would be careful writing the lyrics first though. Your lyrics are really good, but it's hard to write really good music around the words. It's way easier getting a sweet melody and the music written and then letting the words kind of flow from there. With writing the words first you, I think you risk not having as good of a song because your tailoring it to the words rather than the music. After all, the first thing a person will listen to is the music, not the words. Just a thought.

You can call it whatever you want, but you were obviously upset or else you wouldn't have made an argument. The fact is, you're comparing music to lyrics which doesn't make any sense.I'm not really sure what point you were trying to make there. You're just grasping at straws because somehow you were upset by what I said. I was just sharing my opinion about the task of creating an album therefore your argument was irrelevant. I'm sorry if I somehow offended you, but it was just an opinion. No need to attack.
