Its in attached
Solve the quadratic equation by completing the square. =+x2+10x180 First, choose the appropriate form and fill in the blanks with the correct numbers. Then, solve the equation. Round your answer to the nearest hundredth. If there is more than one solution, separate them with commas.
Which methods are you allowed to use to tackle questions such as this one? Note that I do not have available to me the online calculator you appear to be using. There are other ways in which to solve a quadratic equation. Which methods do you know? choose one and apply it to solving the quad. eq'n. in question.
I dont know which form to use
X2+bx+(b/2)2+c−(b/2)2=0
I got so many wrong they kicked me off last time
You might want to find the discriminant, \[b^2-4ac,\] to determine whether the quadratic equation here has 2 real, unequal roots, or 2 complex roots, or two imaginary roots. sorry you've been kicked off the system for too many wrong answers. Could you possibly pick some practice probelms and work on them with people here at OpenStudy BEFORE typing in answers on your computer? Many wrong answers indicates, probably, the need to learn the basics of quadratic equations in more depth.
Note that you must use the "completing the square" method to solve this particular quadratic equation. Have you used this method before? If so, can you find an old problem that we could practice on, before you attempt to solve this new problem?
X=-2.35,-7.65 But which form should I use
