on why you have to divid 4 both sides by 4
RhondaSommer (rhondasommer):
because you have to simplify a fraction to the smallest number we can get it. (rules of math) for EX 50/100 we would divide it by 50 to get 1/2. Its just easier to understand i guess? it makes more sense when you draw it out...
