Is the 60's the toughest rank because I've been stuck in this bracket for at least a year now???

Yes, 60-75 is probably the hardest to get through because there are so many people in that range

60-75 are the hardest ranges to get through because of how many people are at those ranges but the highest range is 99

To increase your SS, every little thing helps. I became a 99ss user in like a year. I would log in almost everyday and help or be helped by user's. Consistency is important if u want to achieve it faster...
