Well C and D can be eliminated off the bat. and Poaching doesn't really affect the genetics of Elephant tusks. But. That doesn't necessarily mean that the trait didn't change over time due to gene variation.. so its either A or B

Well if One species is put into different environments from that of its original. it would need to adapt to survive in that environment. So it is best assumed new traits would form making the species more diverse.
