y=5 is a horizontal line (show this from x=0 to x=5) y= -x+10 is the equation of a line with slope -1 plot two points (say at x=5 and at x=10, and "connect the dots")

Isn't it easier to integrate both definite integals and evaluate over 0 to 5 plus 5 to 10 ? Which is essentially the same thing.
