Which function's graph has the least steep? Which functions have graphs with slopes less than 3? (check all that apply) Which function has the graph with the greatest y-intercept?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok ill help will u give fan and medal

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

pretty hard what grade are u in>3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm in 10th

OpenStudy (anonymous):

holly shizzz

OpenStudy (anonymous):

XOXOXOXOOXOXOXOXOXOXOOXOXOXOXOXOX 10th though

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@tkhunny @triciaal @mathmale

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im in 9th

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont have questions like that i probaly wont be anyhelp

OpenStudy (triciaal):

do you know hope to find the slope of a line?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Rise over run?

OpenStudy (triciaal):

correct

OpenStudy (triciaal):

the greater the ratio the steeper the slope

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wooooow im usless

OpenStudy (triciaal):

the "least steep" will have a greater change in x value

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The slope for function 1 is -4?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For 3 it's 5, and for function 4 it's 1. I don't know how to find it for function 2

OpenStudy (triciaal):

yes out of power soon

OpenStudy (triciaal):

pick 2 points change in y / change in x pay attention to direction sketch/ plot the points to "see" better

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Slope is -2?

OpenStudy (triciaal):

-2/1 = -2

OpenStudy (triciaal):

correct

OpenStudy (triciaal):

now arrange the slopes values in order of numerical value

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if we're trying to find slopes less than -3 would they be -4,-5,-6 and so on, or would it be -2, -1, 1, 0 and so on....kinda confused on direction.

OpenStudy (triciaal):

highest number the greatest/steepest slope

OpenStudy (triciaal):

picture the number line
