Alright number one

OpenStudy (faiqraees):
Remember addition is only possible if the variable attached to the constant is of the same power. X^2 can only be added with X^2
OpenStudy (faiqraees):
X can only be added with X and numbers can only be added with the numbers.

I just screenshotted 2 consecutive warnings from moderators. the first one was called for, the next 2 were uncalled for. Any others and I will file a complaint against you Phi.

Alright, I understand so far
OpenStudy (welshfella):
yes You can only add/subtract ''like terms'
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Ok, so I am adding the variables together?
OpenStudy (faiqraees):
first arrange the terms X^2 will go with X^2 x with x and numbers with numbers
example
3X^2+5X^2+3X+2X-6-7
OpenStudy (anonymous):
x^2 paired with x^2 would be x^4 right
