QUestion?

I have no idea how to solve this problem

OpenStudy (mathmale):

You'll need to go back, find the directions for this problem, and then share them. Got to have a goal in mind.

hi @mathmale

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it says solve each equation for the variable specified v=r+at

OpenStudy (mathmale):

So, for which variable do you want to solve v=r+at?

OpenStudy (mathmale):

If the problem doesn't tell you for which variable you're supposed to solve v=r+at, then you may have to solve for each variable, one by one. If you chose to solve v=r+at for r, you'd subtract at from both sides of the equation: v-at=r+at-at, or r=v-at. Solve the given equation for t, please.

OpenStudy (unklerhaukus):

x(t) = ∫ v(t) dt = ∫ r+at dt = x_0 + rt + 1/2 at^2
