I don't know about C. It sounds too rude. If I would have to take an educated guess I would go with the last answer choice.

But, the last one is asking about a leg and the response is talking about someone saying they hurt their wrist

That is true. I mean wouldn't the only right answer be the one closes to the question? If it isn't D, then your only choice would be C.
