it's critically important that you know the formula for "standard error of the mean." I'd forgotten it, so did an Internet search for "standard error of the mean formula." Why don't you do the same? You'll probably immediately see the formula for "std. err. of the mean." You are given the population s. d.; it is 11.5. Also, you're told how large your sample is; it's n=70. Calculate the std. error of the mean.
I'm not as familiar with the "margin of error of the mean," and so advise that you search for this term on the 'Net. The more independent you can be in finding your own info as needed, the better off you'll be.
